Class Room Training
RetireCo’s representatives have the opportunity to spend a few days each year learning from experienced professionals at our headquarters or at one of several video-conference locations nationwide.

Field Training
Visit RetireCo’s headquarters and spend a day in the field with a ten year veteran of preset appointments. See first hand how an experienced producer presents, gains client trust, and gathers asset and income information without asking all those “sensitive” financial questions. Some of our producers have met with over 5,000 retirees running our preset appointments.

Immersion Education
RetireCo representatives are all working toward a common goal and in turn, enjoy an open forum to discuss and share sales techniques and success stories. By immersing oneself in a community of like minded representatives, one cannot help but learn valuable lessons and obtain excellent tools.

Webinars, Video Conferences, & Conference Calls
All of our representatives are invited to take part in ongoing education and training courses offered through a variety of multimedia sources. RetireCo representatives can also check their online calendar and join in on the numerous courses available through our corporate affiliates.

Powerpoint Presentations
RetireCo representatives have access to our vault of consumer and agent powerpoints. This library allows you to immediately locate and present pertinent information in a one-on-one setting or in front of a seminar or workshop audience. Best of all, we continue to add new presentations each month.
