General Licensing Agreement
Initial Licensing Fee $5,000 +/-, Monthly Licensing Fee $500 +/-, Monthly Co-op Marketing Commitment $2,000 +/-

A licensing agreement grants you the ability to utilize both the RetireCo brand and associated marketing platform, but most importantly assigns you an exclusive territory.

The starting cost for a licensing agreement in a major metro area will consist of an initial licensing fee of $5,000 +/-, $500 +/- ongoing monthly licensing fees, and an ongoing $2,000 +/- monthly co-op marketing commitment. Licensing agreements outside of a major metro area start $2,500 +/-, and ongoing costs are based on the associated territory.

In our experience, the marketing savings we provide due to economies of scale will cover the monthly licensing fee. Financing and "earn out" optioins may also be available to meet your budget.

In exchange for the initial licensing fee each RetireCo Representative will receive at minimum:

• Rights to the Nationally Marketed RetireCo Brand
• Exclusive Territory*
• Initial Direct Mail Campaign
• Initial Preset Appointments
• Initial Warm Lead Campaign
• One Month of Indoor Advertising**
• Local Community Advertising
• Customized IP Address Synced Website
• All Contracting and Marketing Materials

A master licensing agreement allows you or your organization to utilize the RetireCo brand, as well as establish multiple territories in and around your current location. The related fee schedule reflects the purchase of a minimum of five (5) exclusive territories.

Monthly Licensing Fee $500 +/-,
Monthly Co-op Marketing Commitment $1,000 +/-
RetireCo can structure a home-based business opportunity by providing you with a daily office use agreement at over 750 locations nationwide. This allows you to further reduce your overhead, while remaining professional in the eyes of your clients.

Kiosk Licensing Agreement
Initial Licensing Fee $2,500 +/-,
Monthly Licensing Fee $500 +/-,
Monthly Co-op Marketing Commitment $1,500 +/-
For those not looking for a full marketing platform, a kiosk can provide a reliable stream of qualified leads. Kiosk opportunities are extremely limited, and are not available in exclusive territories.
