RetireCo offers our representatives a full line of fixed life and health insurance products to offer their clients. These products are state specific and available from top rated carriers across the country. Many of these products are suitable for IRA/401K rollovers including a strong line of fixed and fixed index annuities. RetireCo asks that our representatives provide our clients with a consumer friendly compliant video that provides an overview of our company as well as the product or service that is being introduced.

RetireCo does not limit our representatives to the sale of only those products offered through RetireCo. As a representative you have the opportunity to offer the products and services of any company you choose, provided they are both suitable and legal. RetireCo requests that sales made outside of the RetireCo approved product line are offered with a disclosure and signed acknowledgement form by the client. RetireCo wants our agents and advisors to remain independent and offer any product that is suitable for their client; however, we do hold our representatives to the highest code of ethics, and will review sales as needed.

Our #1 Priority. Consumer Friendly and Suitable Sales Practices
RetireCo and predecessors have continually led the charge for consumer friendly and suitable sales practices; which remains our #1 priority.

• As early as 2001 we required an information and suitability form from all of our clients, long before it became a requirement of the insurance industry.
  
  
• Predecessors have always had members of management regularly review sales practices, and accounting records of all representatives.
  
  
• During product development in 2004, predecessors recommended to insurers that clients receive a customer satisfaction survey; which is now a common practice in the industry.
  
  
• We have always maintained that clients should be contacted following their initial application as an offer to answer any additional questions.
  
  
• RetireCo requires that all policies are hand delivered and thoroughly reviewed with the client.
  
  
• RetireCo and predecessors have always required that our representatives offer an annual review, and provide timely responses to questions.
  
  
• As additional consumer compliant videos are developed we will require all representatives to present these to our clients and ask whom else they would like it presented to, such as friends, family, attorney, accountant, etc.

RetireCo strives for customer satisfaction and will conduct its own due diligence through a product and company review prior to making any recommendations to representatives or clients.
