Q. The Big One…How much does it cost to share in the RetireCo Opportunity? A. Prices start as low as $2,500.00 up front based upon location and the type of agreement. Ongoing fees range from $500.00 to $1,000.00 per month and representatives must also commit to an ongoing monthly co-op marketing budget. For a complete listing of all of The Opportunities click here. Q. How long will it take for me to see a return on my investment in RetireCo? A. It may take 1 month or many more to see a profit. Ultimately your success depends on the products you are marketing and related commissions, as well as your sales ability. Although we cannot guarantee your earnings, we do anticipate that all representatives will see a positive cash flow within 6-12 months of opening. Q. Do I have a set product line that RetireCo provides and regulates? A. No. As a representative you will be able to sell any products and services that we approve. While we have a specialty line of preferred products, we do not limit the products you are able to sell, provided they are both suitable and legal. Q. Do I need to have sales experience to be successful? A. No, although it may be beneficial. Our training program and ongoing training opportunities will provide each representative with the skill set they need to be successful. Many times it is easier to teach someone a new sales system, rather than teach an “old dog new tricks”. Q. Why should I invest time and money in a services oriented business? A. RetireCo is truly the wave of the future in the marketing and sales of fixed retirement solutions. We have taken a proven marketing system and paired it with an age-old layout of nationwide office locations and co-op advertising. The RetireCo opportunity requires very little overhead, provides full sales and marketing support, and as a representative you are able to focus the majority of your time on sales. Q. What kind of expenses should I expect? A. Every representative will incur an initial fee, as well as an ongoing monthly fee and marketing commitment. Naturally, as a financial professional, you will also have the expense of an office, supplies, and travel costs related to your business model. Q. How will new clients find my RetireCo location? A. Your introductory marketing campaign, and ongoing monthly marketing will target qualified leads in your exclusive territory. Also, if someone visits our consumer site, or any of the hundreds of additional retirement websites we own in your territory, they will automatically be directed to your custom website. Q. Do I need to have any specific license to be a RetireCo representative? A. No. However, most states will require that the those representatives presenting products hold a valid state license in order to receive commissions from various financial and insurance products. We require that all field representatives have at minimum a resident life and health insurance license. Most state licenses can be obtained within thirty days. Q. How will my territory be assigned? A. All representatives will have an exclusive territory assigned based on location and demographics, in addition to the opportunity to market to additional territories not yet secured. Representatives who have obtained a Master Licensing Agreement may be able to add sub-offices, and sub-representatives in multiple territories. Q. Can I hire additional staff, or have insurance agents and advisors work under me? A. Yes. Again this is the beauty of the RetireCo business model. As a representative you have the ability to grow your office at any time by adding sub-representatives at contract levels below you and earning overrides. The process is very easy, and will simply require coordination with our marketing and sales support teams. Q. How much will I earn? A. The sky is the limit as a RetireCo representative and all earnings are commission based. Legally we cannot provide you with a defined annual compensation. Your commission structure will depend on the type of product you are selling. Fixed annuity sales for example start at 1% of the premium paid all the way up to over 10%. Whereas some life insurance products vary across the board, and include up front and ongoing commission structures. RetireCo can provide you with an adequate set of products that range from 1% to 14% commission; however, you can choose the companies, carriers, and commissionable products that you choose to provide your clients. Q. How will I set up my referral network and advertising partners? A. Our staff will assist you by setting up local referrals in your territory in the areas of bank products, brokerage products, annuity and life insurance products, legal services, accounting, and more. You may have the opportunity to share in the online advertising income created from these referrals. Q. Does RetireCo provide financing or assist with ongoing marketing expenses? A. No, not at this time. However, RetireCo can pair successful representatives
with individuals that may assist with monthly marketing costs through our
industry first investor relations network. Q. Can I do this part-time? A. RetireCo is not designed as a part time business model due to the ongoing commitment required of each representative.
